Reserved and efficient. Native of Tokyo, Japan, grew up internationally between Japan, Singapore, and Malaysia. Studied in the United States. Travelled for a year in Central America, camping in a rigged truck. Living in Mexico since 2002, and dedicated professionally in the high-end Mexican Resort Real Estate Industry since 2002. A member of AMPI since 2004, certified by CONOCER in 2005. Named one of the Top Producers in 2008 in AMPI Nayarit-Vallarta chapter. An Owner of two boutiques in San Jose del Cabo and a Vacation Rental Agency. A proud mother of two boys, two cats, and a cute little pug.
Having many years of real estate experience and being an owner of multiple businesses in Mexico, she has a wealth of experience in various areas of businesses, in turn helping you have efficient real estate transactions. Yumiko and her family live full time in San Jose del Cabo. When she is not running her businesses, she can be found playing tennis, surfing, Jazz Dancing, dreaming of new projects, and enjoying her time with her family and friends.
